Scheduling

If you want to book an appointment online please read over the following steps prior to booking. If you choose NOT to book online then give us a CALL at 970.209.2612 and we will book your appointments in person.

  1. Click on the Schedule now button.
  2. A new window will open in the Schedulicity website and you will be instructed to choose a Service.
  3. Not all Services are practiced by all Practitioners so if you are looking for a particular Practitioner click on a service until their name appears.
  4. After you choose a Service you will be prompted to choose a provider, if you have no preference then click on “I have no preference”.
  5. You will then be prompted to choose a Date and a Time for your Massage. Note that 1)we are unable to take reservations online with less than 24 hours notice. 2) If the practitioner you want is NOT available on the day that you want to schedule please choose a different practitioner or simply call (970.209.2612) to confirm availability.
  6. you are then prompted to “book it now”. At this point Schedulicity will ask you to fill in an online form to create an account. ALL information you give will be respected and kept private and will be used only by telluride mobile massage. after you create your account your appointment information will be emailed and/or texted to you and the practitioner with whom you have booked.
  7. you will be contacted within a reasonable time frame by the practitioner or the manager at Tellluride Mobile Massage to choose a location for your Massage Session and get directions to that location.
  8. you are then given a list of the bookings you have made and can have then sent to your electronic calendar or you can print this page. they are also emailed to the address that you provided in your account information.
  9. reminders of your reservations are automatically sent to your account. payment is taken care of with the practitioner in person or over the phone.
  10. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as cash and checks for payment
  11. we do have a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy.
